So easy and so effective: Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Those are the only two ingredients my husband uses to season hamburgers, and they pack plenty of savory punch.
We love of it so much that we don’t feel the need to try anything different. Well, that and the fact that hubby isn’t a big fan of change : )
There really isn’t a need to type up a recipe for this due to its simplicity. After forming your patties, place in a pan over medium-low heat and sprinkle with a liberal amount of Worcestershire sauce followed by a sprinkling of garlic powder to suit your taste. After flipping the burgers, apply both ingredients to the other side, too.
Cook to your desired degree of doneness. Top with your choice of fillings and condiments, take a big bite and enjoy!
Now, I know there is more to the art of making burgers, but all I really want to convey is what we use to create a savory flavor.
